  •     Worked as the Assistant to the General Counsel for two software engineering companies, advising the companies concerning government and commercial contracting, government regulations, subcontracting, and software licensing issues.

  •     Handled litigation for the U.S. Army 7th Signal Command as their Chief Litigation Counsel for bid protest defense for this Communications Command world-wide.

  •     Performed litigation for the U.S. Air Force Contracts Litigation Division as Contracts Trial Attorney defending the U.S. Air Force against claims brought by multi-national aerospace corporations.

  •     Worked for three Fortune 100 government contracting companies as a Corporate Contract Administrator negotiating and administrating multi-million dollar federal contracts.
